Senior Manager - Corporate Sales
Primary Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Our Organization is looking forward to hire "Manager – Corporate Sales” for our Mumbai Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
• Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence
• Driving the sales for exhibition space to corporate clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & recommending solutions
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, maintaining professional and technical knowledge through various relevant resourceful mediums
• Servicing and meeting clients at all times & during the event & post the event
• Coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Holding regular sales & revenue meetings with entire team
• Educating sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
• Determination of the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
• Overseeing construction and dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently
• Post-event evaluation
• Providing follow-up with the clients to find out if the event was considered successful
• Monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Selling exhibition space to corporate clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions and delegate acquisition
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements (via meetings, telephone, mail, etc...)
• Cold calling to arrange meetings, meeting potential clients for new business, provide quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Preparing and presenting sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
• Servicing and meeting client's needs during operations, exhibition itself and dismantling

• Proven excellent record in sales (building and keeping relationships, negotiation)
• Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required
• Motivation for Sales - Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
• Capable of achieving their own targets and help sales team to reach their targets
